Supplemental P.E. Activities


Week of 5/10 to 5/14


Please Read: This is a recap of the directions fro the April and May calendars. Students can:

1. Do the activity on the calendar or
2. Do one of the activities from the supplemental lists that I have been sending out, or
3. Choose one of their own activities, riding your bike, chopping wood, or etc.
4. Just one activity a day is all that need to be done.
5. Parents then initial each day on the calendar that an activity is done.
6. Return the calendar in your packet if you pick your packet up at the school.
7. Please WRITE your NAME & TEACHER on the calendar when turning it in.
8. You can email a picture of your calendar to ca.rath@philomath.k12.or.us
9. When emailing your calendar, again please WRITE your NAME & TEACHER on it.

Fortune Cookie Fitnes:
➢ Make a set of 8 — 10 cards with different activities.
➢ Exercises (push-ups, crunches), Stretches (butterfly, hurdler), & Animal movements.
➢ Give each card a certain number for each activity.
➢ Turn on some music (if your mom and dad are okay with that).
➢ Pick a card and do the activity, then pick another card & etc.
➢ Try to do all the cards you have made in one session.

Please turn in your April calendars when you can.

I hope you had a chance to look over the "baseball/softball" questions I sent out last week.
These are just for review and Do Not need to be turned in to Mr. Rath.

I hope all of you and your families are doing well. I miss you all so much and can't wait to see you again sometime soon.
