I hope everyone is still doing well. Thank you to those who have turned in your April calendars. It is still not too late to turn in your April calendar. Please, read below on how you can turn in your April/May calendars. I am taking calendars up to June 5th. Take the time to turn them in by June 5th.
How to turn in your calendars:
1. Sending it back with your packet if you pick-up and drop-off at PES.
2. Email a picture of your calendar to me at: ca.rath@philomath.k12.or.us
3. PLEASE make sure your NAME & TEACHER are on your calendar.
4. We are now doing the May calendar; there will not be a June calendar.
5. Parents thank you for your help and support.
Suggested Activities:
❖ Soccer dribble in your yard for 5 minutes. Use the in-step of your feet, trap the ball, do pull-backs, and other moves you may know.
❖ Dribble a basketball (or any ball that bounces) 10 times with each hand. Alternate hands for 10 dribbles.
❖ Do your stretches (butterfly & hurdler) before breakfast, lunch and dinner (count to 10).
❖ Skip, gallop & run down and back in your yard.
❖ Ride your bike, scooter or rollerblades for 15 minutes (please wear your helmet & protective gear).
❖ Do 10 lunges, treadmills, and jumping jacks twice in one day.
❖ Do as many push-ups at one time as you can without stopping.
❖ Do as many crunches as you can in 1 minute.
❖ Measure your height and weight and record what you get for each.
❖ Play any game as a family, soccer, tag, a board game, or cards. Anything all together; it is your choice.
We are on the home stretch. Please, get your calendars in to me by June 5th. Be active every day and remember to smile and laugh.
